Asfordby Football club are reaching out to the local businesses within Leicestershire for sponsorship to support our Asfordby Football Club. We are a Grass Roots Football Club who the beating heart for many children and indeed adults in the local community.
We absolutely appreciate that now is a challenging time for us all with the Covid19 pandemic, but we strongly believe supporting Asfordby FC will continue to give all of our children and adults alike who use our facilities, a healthy outlet of day to day activities whilst coping with the Coronavirus outbreak.

About our Club….
Asfordby Football Club is a progressive Charter Standard Football Club based in Asfordby Leicestershire. We provide boys and girls of all abilities the opportunity to enjoy the whole football experience and are run as a registered charity.
Over 40 local volunteers have the pleasure of coaching and providing services at Asfordby Football Club, guiding children from 4 years of age right up to our Senior Men’s 1st Team. Asfordby Football club is a fantastic focal point for the local community and surrounding areas. But like most Grass Roots clubs we do in part depend on the generosity of local business to keep our facilities and kit up to date so we can function and service the local community to the best of our ability.
We currently have 17 boys and men's teams playing at our club supplemented with 10 Ladies teams that also use the facilities playing across leagues in Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire, and this number is growing every year.
Asfordby Football Club host Leicestershire’s largest Annual Football Tournament. In June 2019 the event saw more than 1,000 young players aged from 6 to 13 take part, anamazing 132 teams entered the tournament from across the East Midlands throughout the 2-day event. Winning teams over the weekend included Heather St Johns, Kirby 88’s, Saffron Dynamo and Mountsorrel.
Something that is integral to us at Asfordby Football Club is our Academy 'Football For All' sessions, these run every Saturday Morning. We welcome an open invitation to all children aged 4-11, of any ability, from the surrounding local area encouraging them in to learn and enjoy the game of football in a safe, friendly environment. Many of whom go on to start to play for one of our teams at the club.
Our Clubhouse, Sports Hall, 3G Pitch and Grounds are regularly used to host various activities onsite including, dog shows, model aeroplane clubs, martial arts to cheerleading groups. As a club we ensure we make our facilities available to use for the local community as much as possible
